Hello

I wanted to share a little bit about my journey and my "why." I've been a single parent for almost 15 years, and in that time, I feel like I've tried every diet under the sun—vegan, keto, you name it. I’ve experimented with all kinds of workouts, from CrossFit to hybrid training. Along the way, I’ve been unmotivated, too busy, overwhelmed, and I’ve had plenty of ups and downs. So trust me, I get it.

 

I’m just a normal person, like you, trying to figure out what works best for me and my life. I’m not the strongest, leanest, or anywhere near perfect. But every day, I show up—for myself and for my teen. That’s the goal, right? Just to keep showing up, even on the hard days. What works for me might not work for you, but my hope is that through this site, you’ll find something that helps you on your own path. 

 

I also want to be clear: I’m blunt. I’m not going to sugarcoat things because, in the end, we all have excuses and the same 24 hours in a day. It’s about making time for what’s important. My goal is to help you do just that, while staying authentic to who you are.
