The holiday season is here, and with it comes busy schedules, travel plans, and lots of delicious treats. But just because you’re on the go doesn’t mean your fitness goals have to take a back seat! I’ve put together three quick, no-equipment workouts perfect for holiday travel.

Whether you’re in a hotel room, staying with family, or simply pressed for time, these routines are designed to keep you feeling strong and energized during the holiday hustle.

Why These Workouts Work

  • Convenience: No equipment required, so you can do them anywhere.

  • Efficiency: Each workout is quick and effective, perfect for a busy schedule.

  • Flexibility: Adjust the intensity to fit your fitness level.

The Workouts

  1. 2 rounds: This workout is all about choosing your hard. Pick between push-ups or sit-ups and then lunges or squats.

  2. Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM): Burpees... what more is there to say!

  3. 12 minutes or 6 rounds: Get your heart rate pumping with moves such as sit-ups, inchworms, and side lunges.
