25 Goals for 2025: Setting Intentions for a Stronger Year

As 2025 approaches, I’m setting my intentions to make this the most fulfilling year yet. Goals aren’t just about achieving something—they’re about growth, focus, and enjoying the journey along the way.


Why Set Goals? Setting goals gives you direction and purpose. Whether it’s something big like running a marathon or small like drinking more water, every goal you set is a step toward becoming the best version of yourself.


Try to set S.M.A.R.T. goals:

  • Specific: The goal should be clear and precise while also serving as a personal motivator.

  • Measurable: The goal should be something that can be objectively measured so that you can accurately track progress.

  • Achievable: The goal should be realistic enough to obtain yet challenging enough to push someone beyond their regular routine.

  • Relevant: The goal needs to feel important to a person and align with other fitness-related aspirations.

  • Time-bound: This provides a deadline and will help people stay on task and keep the outcome goal a priority.


Here are some of my goals for 2025.


My Categories for 2025 Goals:I broke my 25 goals into five categories:

  1. Fitness and Health: From running a marathon to keeping up with meal prepping, health is always a priority.

  2. Personal Development: Reading more, learning new skills, and building better habits.

  3. Family and Parenting: Strengthening my bond with my teen and creating more shared experiences.

  4. Professional Goals: Growing my business and connecting with more of you through my content.

  5. Fun and Creative: Travel, hobbies, and new adventures to keep life exciting.


A Glimpse at My List:

  • Complete a self-paced course.

  • Post consistent content on my YouTube channel.

  • Read 12 non-fiction books.

  • Plan monthly family bonding activities.

  • Improve my mobility and flexibility




Challenges for Setting Goals:


Many people struggle with goal-setting due to lack of motivation, time, or energy. If you’re feeling stuck, try revisiting your goal and adjusting it as needed. For example, if time is the main issue, schedule a small, actionable step that brings you closer to your goal. When motivation is low, reassess why the goal is important to you. Remind yourself of its meaningfulness and how achieving it will positively impact your life.
